Before joining Coldwell Banker, Claude-Olivier BONNET was managing director of La Rose des Ventes from 2004 to September 2024, a QUALIOPI-certified training center specializing in luxury and high-end real estate, supporting the finest houses in real estate transactions. His firm also specialized in preventive audits for DGCCRF controls.
In 2019, he sold 'Le Bon Agent', a top-tier network of agents, to a major real estate group, after ten years of sustained growth. Claude-Olivier has also held key positions in the general management of Socaf and the Foncia group, consolidating his reputation in the sector.
Editor of a dozen professional books on real estate and one on management for “Heures de France”. He provides legal assistance to the real estate agents' union. He is one of the founders and first president of CNASSIMMO, a union of real estate agent network managers. He was vice-president of the real estate mediation board.
