We are proud to be the first real estate network to commit to the United Nations Global Compact. This membership approved by the General Secretary, enables us to pursue our commitment. People are also an integral part of Coldwell Banker’s DNA and each year, we contribute the the financing of the projects supported by the I Loge You Foundation.

The training of our consultants is a fundamental element of our network to ensure the highest level of service to our clients. Coldwell Banker Europa Realty has obtained the Qualiopi certification, after a strict audit of its training tools and systems by an approved body.
RESPONSABILITY
As part of a global CSR approach within our network, we have carried out a diagnosis of our greenhouse gas emissions in order to implement sustainable actions to reduce and offset our carbon footprint.
